On Wednesday, August 8, 6-8 PM, there will be a talk and Power Point
presentation on the Spanish Civil War, presented by Professor Maria
Dolores Costa of the CSULA Spanish Department. Title: "Silence, Memory
and the Spanish Civil War." Location: The Golden Eagle Ballroom, 3rd
floor of the Golden Eagle building at Cal State L.A.
The talk will be followed by a special performance by Hector Marques
and the Xochisoneros, performing songs of the Spanish Civil War.
Directions: CSULA is located at the intersection of the 10 and 710
freeways. The Golden Eagle building is located in the middle of the
