Convention on IT and Services to be Held in Havana

Havana, Aug 26 (Prensa Latina) Cuban enterprise CITMATEL will host the
4th Convention on Information Technology and Services on November 8 and
9, which will include the 12th International Meeting on
Telecommunication Nets and the 6th Global Vision Event.

All professionals and technicians linked to the work in the Internet,
multimedia, computer applications for enterprise work, computer nets,
programs, designs, analysis, may take part in the event.

Designers, programmers, analysts, suppliers, businesspeople and others
can present works for discussion at the event. 

The scientific program will have the participation of renowned experts
from Cuba and other countries, who will give lectures.

The debates will emphasize on the exchange of experience and knowledge
for solutions and bases for cooperation and interaction with
enterprises and specialists.

The use of Internet, power line communications, marketing on the
Internet, quality of service, security and other topics will be subject
of discussion.

Inscriptions are opened and works will be accepted until October 7,
inform organizers over the Cuban website www.cuba.cu.
