Canada involved in Venez opposition's attempts to get rid of Chavez?

by Oscar Heck

Since I have been on the road for several days, I had been unable to
read all (or almost all) VHeadline.com articles ... so now I am
catching up. I just read Franz Lee's article of October 24, 2007,
entitled, "What is happening in Venezuela? ... preparation for the next
military coup!" [1] ... and I was amazed (well, not really) to find the
following, and I quote:

"The newspaper informs us that between October 7 and 9, senior
United States officials met in Prague to demand that the Venezuelan
'opposition' should ask the Supreme Court to consider the
Constitutional reform (as proposed by Chavez) as a political coup, and
that it should call for social upheaval, organize acts of economic
sabotage against infrastructure, destroy the food transport and
delivery chain ... and organize a military coup with all means
possible, including bloodshed by means of paramilitary force ... Among
those who gathered at this portentous meeting of planned genocide were
Paul Wolfowitz, ex-director of US security; Madeleine Albright,
ex-secretary of State; Aljaksandr Milinkeviv, Michaelle Jean and
Humberto Celli Gerbasi (a notorious Accion Democratica-AD golpista.)"

So ... I began to wonder ... and I began to research ... and, by god,
yes, from what I have been able to find out, Michaelle Jean did indeed
attend the "Freedom and Responsibility" conference of the Forum 2000
Conference in Prague, Czechoslovakia, held on October 7-9, 2007 ... and
so did the others mentioned in Franz' article.

I just got off the phone with another individual to whose attention
this information came and I asked him if he thought it was true and if
so, how did this information come about?

Well, well, well ... guess what ... and it makes perfect sense.

This person suggests that in fact the information is true and accurate,
and I agree. But how did this information get out of such a closed and
guarded pro-globalization, pro-elite and pro-capitalist conference?
Hummm ... let us see? Think, think, think. Perhaps the communist party
in Czechoslovakia still active?

I researched this briefly and this is what Wikipedia states: "The
Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, in Czech and in Slovak: Komunistická
strana Èeskoslovenska (KSÈ) was a political party in Czechoslovakia
that existed between 1921 and 1992.In the Act on Lawlessness of the
Communist Regime and on Resistance Against It, passed 1993 in the Czech
Republic, the party was declared a condemnable and criminal
organization."

Well, well, well ... so to be a communist in Czechoslovakia is a
criminal offense!

(And that Forum 2000 meeting was about "Freedom and Responsibility"?)

Wait a minute ... what happened to all the communists in
Czechoslovakia? Are they all in jail or are some of them out there,
mouths shut, working in the background in today's "Free
Czechoslovakia." I have no doubts the information is true ... but I
will not get into the details as to why I believe it is true. In fact,
with a few phone calls I could probably confirm it ... but due to my
present sources, I have no reason to doubt them.

Anyway ... back to Michaelle Jean, Canada's Governor General, who was
appointed (not elected) to the position by the Queen of England
(yes ... what a great and democratic country Canada is ...) ... she was
indeed at this meeting (as far as I can see) ... and I will assume that
the above-mentioned meeting did in fact take place ... and that in fact
they did discuss about Venezuela and issues such as "call for social
upheaval, organize acts of economic sabotage against infrastructure,
destroy the food transport and delivery chain ... and organize a
military coup with all means possible, including bloodshed by means of
paramilitary force."

(Note that some of this is already happening in Venezuela as we
speak ... same as in 2002 and 2003.)

Beside the fact that I trust my sources, I have other highly
interesting information regarding this Forum which concurs with events
such as the meeting described above ... and thus, yes, I conclude that
Canada is involved, along with the USA (and other nations) in promoting
and even perhaps financing the violent Venezuelan opposition to Chavez,
Venezuela's majoritarily-elected President (with about 62% of the vote
in 2006). In 2002 the violent Venezuelan opposition, financed by the
United States of America's National Endowment for Democracy (NED),
unleashed a violent coup d'etat and later in 2002 and 2003 directed a
massive and violent sabotage of the country in their efforts to oust
Chavez from power ... even though he was elected by the majority.

I begin with the following quote about Venezuela from the CIA website:
"Hugo CHAVEZ, president since 1999, has promoted a controversial policy
of "democratic socialism," which purports to alleviate social ills
while at the same time attacking globalization and undermining regional
stability. Current concerns include: a weakening of democratic
institutions, political polarization, a politicized military,
drug-related violence along the Colombian border ..."

Then here is a quote about Zimbabwe ... from the CIA website: "Robert
MUGABE, the nation's first prime minister, has been the country's only
ruler (as president since 1987) and has dominated the country's
political system since independence. His chaotic land redistribution
campaign, which began in 2000, caused an exodus of white farmers,
crippled the economy, and ushered in widespread shortages of basic
commodities. Ignoring international condemnation, MUGABE rigged the
2002 presidential election to ensure his reelection. Opposition and
labor strikes in 2003 were unsuccessful in pressuring MUGABE to retire
early; security forces continued their brutal repression of regime
opponents."

Then here is a quote about Belarus ... from the CIA website: "Since his
election in July 1994 as the country's first president, Alexandr
LUKASHENKO has steadily consolidated his power through authoritarian
means. Government restrictions on freedom of speech and the press,
peaceful assembly, and religion continue"

Wow ... the language used to describe Venezuela, Zimbabwe and Belarus
by the USA is almost identical, at least in tone and intent.
Coincidence?

And ... coincidentally, it just happens that Aljaksandr Milinkeviv
(one spelling of his name) is a member of Belarus' minority opposition
to the government, a government which won elections with about 82% of
the vote ... and, another invited person at the Forum was Trudy
Stevenson, a USA-born and later-naturalized Zimbabwean who is also,
coincidentally part of the minority opposition in Zimbabwe against a
government that won elections with about 54% of the votes ... and, of
course, Humberto Celli Gerbasi was present, a member of Venezuela's
minority opposition against a government that won with about 62% of the
votes. Not only is this fact ... but it is also a fact that,
coincidentally, the minority opposition in Venezuela is composed of the
minority whiter-skinned mid-to-upper classes ... as in Zimbabwe ... and
perhaps as in Belarus?

But wait! There is more!

All three opposition movements, in Venezuela, Belarus and Zimbabwe have
been financed by the United States of America's NED and/or by Britain's
equivalent, the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) ... and not
only that, you will see below that both Aljaksandr Milinkeviv and Trudy
Stevenson are intimately linked to the opposition organizations which
have been financed by the above-mentioned "institutions." VHeadline.com
has published lots of information about the NED's financing of the
Venezuelan opposition, so I will leave out that information in this
article.

But first, a little information about Milinkeviv (Belarus), Gerbasi
(Venezuela) , and Stevenson (Zimbabwe) ... from the Forum 2000
website: "Gerbasi : Former President of the Latin American Parliament
Social democratic politician with a long trajectory in both Venezuela
and in regional organizations. He was MP and Vice-President of the
Chamber of Deputies of Venezuela (1968-1993), Senator (1994-1998) and
Chairman of the Democratic Action party. He was also Chairman of the
Latin-American Parliament (1991 and 1996) and Vice-Chairman of its
Executive Committee (1996 and 2005), and Venezuelan delegate to the
World Parliamentary Union (1971-1991). Currently he is first
Vice-Chairman of the Consultative Council of the Latin-American
Parliament. Celli Gerbasi is the author of numerous political essays."

(Note: The Democratic Action Party (AD) was directly involved in the
violent April 2002 coup against Chavez and in the publicly televised
calls to mass street violence in 2002 and 2003.)

"Trudy Stevenson, Opposition Leader, Zimbabwe, Lottie Gertrude (Trudy)
Stevenson is the MP for Harare North in the Parliament of Zimbabwe. She
is also a founding member of the Movement for Democratic Change in
Zimbabwe. She currently serves as MDC's national secretary for Policy
and Research. In July 2006, after attending a political meeting in the
Harare suburb of Mabvuku, Mrs Stevenson was attacked and seriously
wounded. Previously a founding member of the Forum Party (Secretary for
Women's Affairs), Ms. Stevenson was born in the USA and then moved to
England. She completed her secondary and tertiary education there. She
married and moved to Africa and has been in Zimbabwe since Independence
in 1980 and became a citizen in 1990."

(Note that she is the national secretary ... for policy and
research ... at the MDC, one of the Zimbabwean opposition parties. She
is also white.)

"Belarus, Dr. Alyaksandar Milinkevich is Head of the Movement for
Freedom in Belarus. He was a key figure of street protests against the
dictatorship in Belarus in 2006. He was imprisoned in spring 2006. Mr.
Milinkevich was a united democratic forces candidate in the 2006
presidential election in Belarus. He was also an initiator of creating
the Committee for Defense of the Repressed in Belarus and Chairman of
an all-Belarusian Association for civil society development (Belarusian
Association of Resource Centers, 1997-2005). He is the winner of the
European Parliament's 2006 Sakharov Prize for "Freedom of Thought".
>From 1990 to 1996, he served as a Deputy Mayor of Grodno. He wrote 60
scientific works dealing with laser equipment and technology, history
of culture, and the science and architecture of Belarus"

Now, let us look at who the NED and the WFD have been financing ... and
these are only a few examples quoted directly from the NED website:

Grantor: NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR DEMOCRACY (NED)
    Grantee: Centre for Policy Studies
    Country(ies): Zimbabwe
    Region: Africa
    Subject(s): Public Policy; Political Parties
    Grant Awarded: 2004
    Amount: $40,055
Program Summary: To prepare civil society to take an active role in
political change in Zimbabwe and facilitate negotiations between
politicians and civil society leaders in Zimbabwe on political
transition. The Centre will conduct research and publish policy briefs
on Zimbabwe's two main political parties, MDC and ZANU-PF. The Centre
will also publish monographs on transition mechanisms and civil
society's role in shaping a political transition.

Grantor: WESTMINSTER FOUNDATION FOR DEMOCRACY (WFD)
    Grantee: Horizon Magazine
    Country(ies): Zimbabwe
    Region: Africa
    Subject(s): Media and Publishing; Equipment
    Grant Awarded: 1998
    Amount: 13,999 British pounds
    Publication(s): Horizon magazine
Program Summary: To fund Horizon Magazine, Harare, Zimbabwe to
purchase office equipment, cover a percentage of overheads and pay the
salary for a full-time business manager during 1999. Horizon is the
only independent news magazine in Zimbabwe.

(Note that the head of Horizon was Andy Moise. He is also white and an
opposition person ... and perhaps, but most probably, a co-collaborator
with Trudy Stevenson. Moyse stated, "Five and a half years of brutal
repression have left a legacy of fear in this country ... The laws are
there to silence the media and curb people's freedom of association."
Sound familiar?)

Grantor: WESTMINSTER FOUNDATION FOR DEMOCRACY (WFD)
    Grantee: Conservative Party
    Country(ies): Belarus
    Region: Eurasia
    Subject(s): Public Policy
    Grant Awarded: 1998
    Amount: 2,047.60 Pounds Sterling
Program Summary: To fund the Young Conservatives (UK) and the
European Young Conservatives to run a two-day seminar on leadership
issues and on international Conservative co-operation, and to draw up a
training programme for the youth sections of the United Civil Party and
the Belarus Popular Front, in Minsk in summer 1997, as an extension of
an international seminar programme entitled Freedom Training Programme.

(Note the words, "Freedom Training Programme" and "United Civil
Party .")

Grantor: NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR DEMOCRACY (NED)
    Country(ies): Belarus
    Region: Eurasia
    Subject(s): Elections
    Grant Awarded: 2005
    Amount: $368,060*
Program Summary: To educate citizens, mobilize voters, support
prodemocratic coalitions, and monitor polling stations through
nonpartisan election-related programs prior to Belarus' March 2006
presidential elections.

(Note the phrase, "support prodemocratic coalitions.")

Now ... here is an excerpt from the internet(Europeanforum.net): "The
new Council is formed by Anatol Lyabedzka (United Civic Party), Vintsuk
Vyachorka (Belarusian Popular Front), Syarhey Kalyakin (Belarusian
Party of Communist) and Anatol Lyaukovich (acting head of the
Belarusian Social Democratic Party Hramada). The congress adopted also
a strategy of action envisaging a constructive dialogue with the
authorities. Milinkevich reacted by stating that The fight for power
in the country has been replaced by a fight for power among the
opposition. In reaction to his replacement, Milinkevich announced to
start a new organisation: the Movement for Freedom, which will be
independent but with close links to the Political Council of the
Democratic Forces."

Sound familiar?

But what is this all about?

(And note that the above information is only the tip of the iceberg ...
that there are more individuals who attended the Forum 2000 conference
who can also be directly or indirectly linked to subversive NED and WFD
financing used to try to destabilized nations which are unwilling to go
with the elite-driven flow ... and that is apart from obvious criminals
and corrupt people such as Paul Wolfowitz and Madeleine Albright)

>From the research I have been doing on such issues for the last five
years ... I can only conclude the following: Organizations such as the
NED, the WFD, the WTO, the WHO, Greenpeace, Amnesty International and a
whole lot of "charity" and "think-tank" and "NGO" organizations are
actively working together to squash any government or any movement
which does not lick the behind of the USA and the elite Globalization
movement ... in other words, which does not agree with mass
exploitation and mass repression of the masses ... of the majority 80%
poor who have little access to health care and education and who are
expected to continue to work as slaves for the 20% wealthier and often
whiter-skinned minorities of this world and the their local ruthless
and traitorous co-collaborators in crimes against our fellow human
beings (e.g., the ones who manufacture our cheap Walmart stuff).

Chavez does not agree with mass exploitation, Globalization, etc. ...
he believes in The People ... in the Majority ... in those who have
been exploited and abused for generations since the whiteman invaded
the reasonably peaceful tribal worlds (the majority of the world's
geographical territory at the time) through religion, rape, plunder and
slavery.

That is what Forum 2000 appears to be ... a joining of like minds, the
ruthless, the murderers, the invaders, the scum of the world ... and
Michaelle Jean was, according to what I can see, definitely a part of
it. Canada, the country where I was unfortunately born in, has now
become an evident overt and covert partner in crimes against
humanity ... against the Majority ... and as far as I can see ... so is
Michaelle Jean. Ironically, but not so ironic, she is of Black Haitian
descent. I can only conclude that she is one of those traitors to the
People.

I am utterly disgusted by Michaelle Jean. The world will not change
for the better by courting the ruthless and heartless, arrogant elite
who are propelling the world elite against the People, the minority
against the Majority, the evil against the Good, if you will.

(Where is Jesus with His whip when we need Him?)

As for the conversation that apparently took place, I have no doubts it
did ... I just found out that Canada, a supposedly pacific country, is
the sixth largest supplier of weapons in the world.

Disgusting.

Money, money, money.

The lives of the innocent do not matter.
